Here we have potato, cauliflower, leek soup with some croutons.
We received some fresh leeks from @ramalaya_farm and did a bit of recipe search and got this lovely recipe which said to add cauliflower to replace full fat heavy cream and cauliflower really helps to make it thick and creamy and it tasted yumm. Plating up this hearty and healthy soup in our new product, Donburi Bowl, which we made for an upcoming Japanese restaurant in town , with our new glaze we call the Pine Green glaze. Bon Appetit!!
