Making momos have always been an important part of our family ,I am sure every Himalayan family for that matter.Whenever all my siblings are home, which doesn’t happen often now ,we make momos,it’s like a ritual, each and every one have their own roles and more than making momos ,it’s the bonding which is memorable and I hope my kids and the next generation also follow this tradition. This post is for my family wherever they are now but to let them know that every time I make momos I think of them and miss them.

Plating up the round shaped momos with paneer and veggies stuffing and crescent shaped momos with chicken stuffing in our new deep bowl with a turquoise blue glaze inside and a black metallic glaze on the outside and a matching dipping bowl with tomato chutney.
