At Studio Maato, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, and we take care to ensure your items arrive safely and in good condition. Please review the details below before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

  • All in-stock items are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days of receiving your order.

  • For made-to-order pieces or workshop kits, please allow 7–10 business days for production before dispatch.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Options

We currently offer:

🛍 Free Local Pickup (Sikkim Studio)

  • Select “Pick Up” at checkout to collect your order from our studio.

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for pickup.

  • Pickup is available by appointment during studio hours.

🚚 Local Delivery (Optional)

    • In certain cases, we may offer delivery within nearby areas. Please contact us before placing your order to check availability.

We currently don’t offer:

3. Packaging

We use eco-conscious packaging wherever possible and pack each item with care. Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, items may be double-boxed or cushioned securely to prevent damage during transit.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently post within Sikkim only.

  • If you’re based outside Sikkim and interested in ordering, feel free to contact us to discuss possible shipping arrangements.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Studio Maato is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

6. Tracking

All shipped orders include a tracking number which will be sent to your email once your item is dispatched. If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 days of your order, please reach out to
