Our First Pottery Workshop

Studio Maato was thrilled to opens  our doors to our spanking new studio space for our first ever pottery workshop. Nestled in the sunny folds of Namcheybong, Studio Maato came to life as young and old joined us to escape the bustle of daily life for a day and explore the fascinating world of pottery.

Our weekend ‘Hands on Clay’ workshop introduces children to clay and its various forms. Designed to enhance their imagination and nurture creativity, ‘Hands on Clay’ focuses on basic hand-building techniques such as coil work, slab work and joineries, to help the little ones create solid and hollow forms.
