1. Workshop & Event Cancellations

If You Need to Cancel

Advance deposits are non-refundable, but you may reschedule your session to any future date at no extra charge.

No-shows

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or reschedules if you do not attend without notice.

Changes Due to Personal Emergencies

We understand that life happens. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate you and offer a full refund upon review.


2. Studio Cancellations

In rare cases where Studio Maato needs to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. low attendance, illness, weather conditions):

  • You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to another workshop date.

We will notify you as early as possible via the contact information provided at the time of booking.


3. Product Refunds & Returns

Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our ceramic products:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the issue.
  • Once assessed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

To be eligible for any compensation, the item must be unused and in its original packaging (if applicable).


4. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • They may be used for any eligible Studio Maato product or service within the validity period.
